Catfishing is a scam where one person pretends to be someone else to deceive a real victim. Hooked is the inverse: a fake victim, on purpose, walking the entire scam funnel from cold contact to cash-out. Each entry is a controlled experiment with a real adversary. Personas are disposable. Money is tracked. Infrastructure gets reported.
